help with flashcard

Hello, I have a M3 ds real, R4, and an Ez flash 3 in 1. I'm trying to load GBA games onto one of the cards and I'm having problems with each one.

M3:
How do I load games onto this? I made a folder called GBA, but when I try to load the games it says no slot 2. I thought the M3 real could run GBA games.

R4:
I can't find the right firmware to load R4. Does the R4 work with the Ez flash?

Ez flash:
Can't find firmware.
