[Noob] Just found an old r4

Hello!
I found this old r4 and i wanted to test it out so i tried to run it on my Dsi Xl and it gives me "An error has occured, press and hold the Power button etc etc."
I tried updating the card but the problem is that i can't find the update that's right. The card has R4 written on it in caps, it then says 3ds upgrade SDHC RTS LITE and the site is r4isdhc. com and it also has a silver background. I went to the site and downloaded the latest kernel but the error is still happeningg, so i...

Hi I don't really understand stuff like updating the action replays, it's been around 5 or 6 years since I last used one of these and I found out not too long ago that I have to update them so I can continue using them on ds games. If anyone can please help me. thank you.



Also if there's anyone that knows good action replay codes for some gamecube games please let me know.

DSTWO + EZFlash 3in1 w/ GBA EXPLoader forces bottom screen?

I'm currently trying to run GBA games off of my EZ Flash 3in1 using GBA EXPLoader on my DSTWO.
I'm running the latest (0.58b0MX) and no matter what I do (run from PSRAM or NOR), the game runs on my bottom screen despite my DS Lite's settings being the top screen.

When launching the 3in1 from the DS Lite's home menu, it runs on the top screen just fine. What am I doing wrong?

Hi, I have a DS Lite with the aforementioned flash cart, I was testing battery life with a Mario Party DS Rom and I only got 4 hours and 18 mins. what gives? Also, I got this DS in December Brand new sealed on amazon so the battery has absolutely no use other than the charge it got in the factory and my 1-2 months of use.

DSTWO woes

Hi guys,

so I've had my DSTWO since shortly after it was released and I think it's dying on me right now. My DSi won't read it at all anymore (mostly), my N2DS XL reads it fairly okay most times but then the games just randomly crash but my DS Lite still reads it flawlessly (for now). Is there anything I can do to make it work better on the other systems as well? I've tried the paper method but that sadly didn't help at all.
To be honest, I'd just buy a new one if it wasn't for the fact...

TTDS not recognised by ds HELP

Hello! Im trying to recover my dstt which maybe dead from the last kernel, Im using the DSTT flash Writter with the dstt dump on an r4 and on a ttdsi and I get an error that says Not Support Device, sometimes the error come with some 00000 and other times it comes with different numebers and letters like this 20504F54. Is my ttds really dead with no fix or Is it just not making any contact so thats why the ds cant recognise it??

Error opening directory GAMEYOB DS

Hi,

I can't run Gameyob DS with my GW blue card. When I launch it, i have an error message: "Error opening directory"
But all directory and files are still on the SD card and when I use the same SD card with my brother's R4i, gameyob is working without error.
I only have this error with my GW blue card.

Any help?

Hey guys, I was trying to download the firmware update and kernel for the old R4iTT with the screw on the back, but their website r4itt(link) doesn't seem to exist anymore, I managed to get the 2.32 kernel by using the wayback machine, but the firmware link doesn't work anymore. (Sorry for omitting the links but I'm a new member so I can't post any, if you want any of the links just tell me how I can send them to you)

I tried downloading some kernels from r4town(link) and it didn't work,...

Yes, I am aware that I posted this in the 3DS section, but I really need need this to be solved because it means I wasted money...


My R4I3D 2012 has been bricked by Wood R4 1.64 anticlone. I'm going to be honest, I have never seen anywhere that there is an anticlone in Wood R4. Anyway, I ran a homebrew application and immediatly saw a screen saying someones name, phone number and licence plate number and asked where did I get this clone. Hello! I have this flashcard and I need to know what firmware to use. The inside says PD902 and below that is 09-08-26 and the bottom says 4409. The front of the card has the normal R4 look but says SDHC. I actually found someone else who commented on this card, who said they thought it was an R4i Ultra clone. I tried the R4i Ultra firmware, and it worked! It wasn't too exciting next. I clicked on a game and it said "This may not be a real Acekard. Please return to reseller." I tried...

I found this two flashcards in an forgotten box (R4i3D NEW & R4iSDHC), but i dont have them kernels, i try to found in their respectives official pages that appearead in the card (r4i3d._com & r4i-d._com), but the pages are dead and i dont know how to found the kernels.

i try in linfoxdomain._com/nintendo/ds/ and wiki.gbatemp/wiki/ultimate_flashcart_download.
but there is no one flashcards like mine, i even try some "Wood" kernels but nothing happens, the flashcards works and try to read...
