YSMenu corrupted files in folders?

I own a R4 SDHC, and I have multiple folders set each for DS, GBA and GBC ROMs. The problem is that at least one of these folders becomes filled with corrupted garbage in YSMenu, but a PC opens them fine. I have tried and full-formatted 3 different SD cards and they all have the same issue, and with each format the folders it shows at corrupted becomes random, as in one folder will be fine, but another will just show garbage. The standard R4 SDHC kernel also does the same thing. Is there any...

Help- DSi Action Replay not showing up despite proper installation

I've been trying to get my Action Replay to work for days now. I recently picked up a new cable to connect it to my computer and installed it with the dsiarhwprog_x64.inf driver. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, moving the cable between different USB slots, uninstalling and reinstalling my USB drivers, and nothing has worked. When I use the troubleshoot feature in the Device Manager, it tells me I need a USB 2.0 port instead of 3.0, but... I have a 2.0 hub, and there...

Maybe you can help.

I have here

- Nintendo DS lite (v5: two magenta screens) and flashme (flashme.nds - Version with Splashscreen disabled).
- EZ Flash IV [SD]V2.050
- R4 SDHC Clone
R4 Clone.jpg

with YS Menu 7.04 (tried latest from RetroGameFan Multi Cart Update v7.05 but that not worked 100% correctly for me,maybe i´ve use the wrong version: Files from the Folders "R4-Clone YSMenu & DAT").

Both cards are attached and working/booting.

Sorry folks....

Im a noob Dad trying to find quickly the right card my son(s) DS.

I have one that came with the DS called R4 I 1.4 Revolution for DS,

It is working on one DS but not the other and then today when I tried to access it from my Mac the micro sd card seemed to burn out.

So.... I read there are different 'fake' cards and it seems like I need to get a degree to understand which one is best.... I just want to get the best out of the box card which runs as many games as possible...

I actually have a 64Gb samsung evo SD card, but I'm thinking that might be a bit overkill, so I decided to replace it with a Strontium 16Gb SD card.

Not a very avid gamer, so I probably won't be downloading 100 games at one shot, it's a device for me to relax every now and then. Will 16Gb be enough?

For the record, I'm only going to use it to play both 2ds and 3ds games, probably nothing beyond that.

Sorry, but I couldn't find instructions pertaining to this flashcart specifically regarding what to do after I have installed CFW.

There's a portion at the bottom of the "Installing boot9strap" page regarding what to do, if I want to retain back the original function of the flashcart (play DS games). How should I go about doing this for this flashcart?
I have read before that I should go and install Wood on it, but nothing beyond that. It would be great if anyone could give me further...

YSMenu Remove Default EXT_APPS

Hi,
I've found a way to delete the default EXT_INFO options in YSMenu. It's a little bit tricky but you can change the position by pressing ALT+255 (On the numpad) to add a custom blankspace.

Is there an editor for YSMenu's "system.fon" file?

(I have confirmed that it is the font in the UI as when I renamed it YSMenu used a fallback font)
I mean, it is not a Windows FON file, and Linux' `file` command does not recognize its format.
I personally do not like the default one as it is not fixed-width and too wide.
Is there an editor for that?

I have used the DSBF (DS BIOS/firmware backup) tool here: filetrip.net/nds-downloads/flashcart-files/download-dsbfdumpdldi-1-0-f32731.html. This was used with a Supercard. Does the program back up the actual firmware and BIOS, or does the Supercard have some bug/"feature" that causes the tool not to back up the actual firmware and something else instead? Also, can the electronic serial number be retrieved from these firmware and BIOS backups (I realize that you can find...

Hello everyone.
I recently got a Nintendo DS Lite for casual gaming. I bought it an used and it came with no games.
I'm looking for an easy way to play NDS roms and possibly GB/GBA roms.

I'm wondering what is my best option for a flash cart that would get me as most games from these systems as possible: a EZ Flash Omega or a R4 (don't know which version I'm looking for here).

I'm assuming Supercard Dstwo is out of question since they are nowhere to be found.

attention all fortnite gamers i seem to have a little problem with my flashcart
okay so i recently installed RetroGameFan Multi Cart Update v7.03(the most recent version with gei support) on my gei cart so i can play newer games
but i seem to have an issue with save files as they seem not to be working with any of the games i've played(pokemon black version,super mario 64 ds,sonic colors)

Error opening directory GAMEYOB DS

Hi,

I can't run Gameyob DS with my GW blue card. When I launch it, i have an error message: "Error opening directory"
But all directory and files are still on the SD card and when I use the same SD card with my brother's R4i, gameyob is working without error.
I only have this error with my GW blue card.

Any help?

My brother has recently become paranoid by the fact that if we download a game, regardless of if we own it or not, we will be fined to the point where we can no longer live properly. So:

How often do people get caught?

How easy is it to get caught?

Do they track every download you do?
